  • 10+ years of total rewards experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
  • Deep expertise in compensation philosophy, skills architecture, and executive incentive strategy.
  • Proven experience in equity architecture, including dilution modeling and options-to-RSU transitions for Series C+ to exit scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced modeling capabilities.
  • Experience using modern compensation and HR systems such as Workday, Radford, or Pave.
  • Strategic business-first mindset connecting rewards to talent density and company performance.
  • Forward-looking approach to how AI impacts workforce composition and compensation.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience operating hands-on while setting and executing long-term strategy.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve compensation modeling, market analysis, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate workforce changes driven by AI to evolve skills-based rewards and job architecture.
  • Partner with functional leaders on the compensation implications of automation and role redesign.
  • Design and maintain compensation philosophies, bands, and structures that support geographic scale.
  • Lead pay transparency, equity analytics, and compliance audits across jurisdictions.
  • Manage equity education and communication infrastructure to help employees understand the value of their holdings.
  • Modernize the compensation technology stack to enable real-time, data-driven decision support.
  • Train and enable managers to have effective, transparent conversations about pay and equity.
