Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, Master’s with at least 5 years, or no degree with at least 11 years.
- Proven experience with an ERP platform such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to or leading multiple referenceable implementations.
- Current Workday certification (excluding Pro certifications).
- Direct experience executing projects within a structured project methodology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong consultative, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to prepare RFP responses, white papers, and deliver professional presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to or work onsite in Hawaii for up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the overall management of Workday engagements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in Workday assessments, implementations, transformations, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Apply consultative skills to identify client needs and recommend technology and process solutions.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to streamline client processes and translate objectives into Workday solutions.
- Support project planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, and execution using structured methodologies.
- Contribute to engagement materials including RFP responses, white papers, and Workday demonstrations.
- Maintain focus on customer satisfaction, quality delivery, and successful project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
