Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a customer-facing, revenue-adjacent function (e.g., implementation, customer success, account management, network management).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous strategic direction into clear, measurable, and actionable plans.
- Experience partnering with revenue-owning organizations to resolve priority or timeline disagreements.
- Proven experience in hiring, team development, performance management, and role conversions.
- Experience diagnosing stalled operational motions and relaunching them effectively.
- Strong fluency with AI tools for tracking, reporting, documentation, and operational workflows.
- Deep understanding of behavioral health delivery systems and state Medicaid or crisis-response programs.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment and maintain virtual collaboration.
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of behavioral health network adoption across priority state markets.
- Manage and coach a team responsible for turning network strategies into measurable provider engagement and referral growth.
- Translate state-level priorities into actionable execution plans for Network Engagement Leads.
- Relaunch and scale the hub-and-spoke adoption model across priority states.
- Design and improve onboarding and adoption playbooks using AI-supported documentation.
- Identify and resolve execution gaps and diagnose stalled provider relationships.
- Represent network engagement with state agency partners and internal leadership.
