Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in advocacy, pharmaceutical, medical sales, or account management.
- Direct experience working with ATTR and/or Sickle Cell Disease.
- Proven experience leading field-based teams with direct reports.
- Experience building productive partnerships with Patient Advocacy Groups.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, payer landscape, and reimbursement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products or therapeutic areas simultaneously.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks for field-based organizations.
- Valid US driver's license.
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own the national patient engagement strategy, execution, and outcomes across ATTR and SCD.
- Lead and develop a national team of eight Community Navigators, including hiring and performance management.
- Partner with brand and marketing leadership to integrate patient insights into strategic planning.
- Manage patient-program and field-operations budgets.
- Lead relationships with Patient Advocacy Groups and external community stakeholders.
- Collaborate with medical, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Analyze healthcare trends and market dynamics to identify and improve engagement opportunities.
