Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH, or comparable advanced degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, integrated delivery networks, and payer dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management; 5–10 years preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sophisticated strategic account plans.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills for engagement with senior executives.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Ability to design and implement scalable solutions for complex customer environments.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a record meeting organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with prioritized national accounts, developing long-term partnerships.
- Create and execute comprehensive strategic account plans aligned with customer needs and commercial goals.
- Expand relationships by engaging key stakeholders and advancing solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer engagement, market trends, and account dynamics.
- Capture and synthesize customer insights to inform brand strategy and resource allocation.
- Lead integrated cross-functional teams involving commercial, medical, marketing, and legal stakeholders.
- Design scalable customer solutions and engagement platforms to address complex organizational needs.
