Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Program Management, or Project Management in technology, creative studios, or agencies.
- Proven experience designing and implementing workflow infrastructure and operational processes.
- Understanding of the relationship between project scope, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies.
- Experience leading high-stakes meetings and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Smartsheet and Airtable preferred).
- Experience or strong interest in AI tools, workflow automation, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work Pacific Time (PT/PST) business hours.
- Strong relationship-management skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for launch campaigns, coordinating daily execution, dependencies, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Manage creative review cycles with leadership and cross-functional partners, capturing decisions and ensuring feedback is translated into action.
- Coordinate content approvals and confirm that brand, legal, and product requirements are finalized before delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for workstream owners across Social, Product Marketing, Legal, Creative, Production, and Brand.
- Facilitate alignment on project feasibility, requirements, and priorities through structured discussions.
- Identify operational friction and design new workflows, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee agency and vendor staffing, performance, and integration into project workflows.
- Partner with technical leaders to implement tools and automation that improve project execution.
