Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of project management experience.
  • Associate degree with 6 years of project management experience.
  • High school diploma/GED with 8 years of project management experience.
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical R&D, nonclinical drug development, or biotechnology programs.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with document management systems, laboratory information systems, or project management tools.
  • Familiarity with scientific or regulatory document lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data verification and data integrity principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences, regulatory affairs, or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support to technical teams developing biosimilar candidates through regulatory approval.
  • Manage analytical similarity sample activities, including inventory planning, sample distribution, and data coordination.
  • Create and maintain electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs) and retrieve information from quality systems.
  • Query and organize information from LIMS, ELN, and other databases for project reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
  • Maintain controlled documentation and support data verification and regulatory filing activities.
  • Review scientific and regulatory documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support document formatting in accordance with internal style guidelines and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize routine workflows and improve data practices.
