Requirements
- 4 to 7 years in program or project management, business operations, or revenue operations.
- Demonstrated track record of taking ambiguous initiatives from problem to done.
- Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business problems into clear specifications.
- Ability to influence peers and leadership toward shared goals without direct authority.
- Fluency in working within existing systems of record and established standards.
- Comfort with core Post Sales and Customer Success metrics such as retention, net revenue, onboarding, and CSAT.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach with experience handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Post Sales and leadership to turn priorities into sequenced plans with clear owners and requirements.
- Own aggregation of reporting and updates for OKRs and performance metrics.
- Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, RevOps, BizTech, Product, Finance, and Risk/Fraud.
- Gather and document requirements for reporting, dashboards, and workflow changes for delivery by partner teams.
- Maintain a single source of truth for Post Sales projects and status updates.
- Operationalize the Post Sales.OS cadence across various leadership levels through documentation and continuous improvement.
