Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs within technology, product, or operations environments.
- Demonstrated progression in program scope, complexity, and autonomy, including the ability to independently establish direction.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of multi-stakeholder initiatives, such as platform or enterprise process transformations.
- Strong expertise in roadmap integration, dependency management, resource coordination, and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and diverse functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to assess trade-offs and make actionable recommendations.
- Experience designing, implementing, or improving program management frameworks, portfolio reporting, or standardized tools.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to validate recommendations and guide decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with broad autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy, scope, objectives, and success measures for complex, multi-workstream programs spanning products, operations, and technology.
- Establish effective program governance, including operating cadences, decision-making forums, risk and issue management, and escalation processes.
- Orchestrate end-to-end program delivery by integrating roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and resource plans across partner teams.
- Navigate ambiguity and proactively identify, assess, and resolve cross-functional risks, constraints, and escalations.
- Use structured analysis and scenario planning to develop options and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Build transparent program communications, including executive-level updates and status reports.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum.
- Standardize and improve program management practices, tools, and operating models to increase execution quality and scalability.
