Requirements
- Strong experience in strategy, commercial, transformation, or business operations.
- Proven track record of solving complex problems with analytical rigor and sound judgment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L analysis, business cases, and unit economics.
- Ability to switch between big-picture strategic thinking and detailed analysis.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional work and driving alignment without direct authority.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Help shape and continually evolve the Operations strategy, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes, resilience, and efficiency.
- Drive commercial visibility and performance management across Operations, including P&L monitoring and unit economics improvement.
- Translate complex strategy and performance data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to connect strategy to delivery.
- Own the coordination of the Operations Roadmap, managing risks, dependencies, and progress monitoring.
- Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives to enhance scalability and profitability.
