Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Clinical Operations (Clinical Trials) space, including Product Management, Consulting, or Professional Services.
- Hands-on experience with software tools such as CTMS, eTMF, or Study Start-up.
- Ability to translate complex customer business requirements into technical product requirements and specifications.
- Proficiency in interacting with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT departments, and executives.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in English (written, verbal, and formal presentations).
- Passion for emerging technologies, specifically AI, and ability to conceptualize how AI-driven features solve real-world problems.
- Self-directed with a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Build and foster highly engaged User Communities to promote product adoption and education.
- Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events.
- Capture customer needs and relay them to Product Management to inform designs and improve Clinical Operations products.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support to deliver value.
- Provide product education to customers through meetings and Veeva Connect.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to contribute to future innovations.
