Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for security products (e.g., SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, detection and response).
- Proven record of leading data-intensive products from inception through growth.
- Solid knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and the identity fabric (Active Directory, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth, privileged access).
- Familiarity with ITDR as a discipline and entity behavioral analytics (UEBA).
- Understanding of non-human identity security, including service accounts, workloads, secrets, and AI agents.
- Deep technical comprehension of the AI/ML landscape, including behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, and agentic systems.
- Experience working closely with data scientists and engineers.
- Ability to lead across a matrixed organization and drive execution in a remote-first environment.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on solving real-world security challenges.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a credible ITDR function within Elastic Security.
- Manage the plan for non-human and AI agent identities, including modeling service accounts, workloads, and secrets.
- Work with threat research and detection engineering to address identity-specific threats like credential access and privilege escalation.
- Drive the response and containment strategy by integrating identity systems with automated responses.
- Collaborate with security operations teams, sales, and solution architects to define product requirements.
- Develop investigation and response experiences in partnership with the design team.
- Evangelize Elastic's identity capabilities through content creation, community interaction, and public speaking.
