Requirements
- 10+ years of product management or solution delivery experience for security products such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, or detection and response.
- Deep understanding of identity-based attack techniques, the identity fabric, Active Directory, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth, and privileged access.
- Experience with ITDR disciplines and entity behavioral analytics (UEBA).
- Fluency in non-human identity management, including service accounts, workloads, secrets, and AI agents.
- Technical comprehension of AI/ML, behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, and agentic systems.
- Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, remote-first environment with high autonomy.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to solving complex security problems.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a credible ITDR function within Elastic Security.
- Manage the plan for securing non-human and AI agent identities, including workloads and service accounts.
- Partner with threat research and detection engineering to address identity-specific threats like credential access and privilege escalation.
- Drive identity-focused response and containment strategies using system integrations and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and design teams to refine analyst investigation and response experiences.
- Evangelize Elastic's identity capabilities through content creation and community interaction.
