Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, networking, operations, or service delivery.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT management or technical leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting geographically distributed environments.
- Strong skills in vendor management, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled automation and workflows with focus on security and data governance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, M365, Entra ID, and Intune (preferred).
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Windows Server, Active Directory, and ITSM platforms (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco/Meraki, or CompTIA Security+ (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, SD-WAN, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Improve and maintain Microsoft cloud and enterprise solutions including Azure, M365, Entra ID, and SharePoint.
- Lead endpoint lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Serve as Technical Lead for infrastructure projects, managing scope, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing technical team.
- Ensure IT service compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through collaboration with Privacy and Legal teams.
