Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Energy Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs and projects that include the PI System.
- Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or an approved equivalent AI solution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial customers.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business and mission outcomes.
- Ability to travel as required (up to 10%).
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of multiple projects and task orders supporting critical infrastructure, operational technology, and data modernization initiatives.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary interface between customers, technical teams, and corporate leadership.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with commercial and university customers.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and subject matter experts.
- Drive operational excellence through effective planning, metrics, resource management, and quality assurance processes.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer value through innovative technology solutions and strategic consulting.
- Support proposal development and business development activities.
- Help shape future CIP offerings in operational technology, industrial data systems, cybersecurity, AI-enabled analytics, and digital resilience.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
