Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner relations, account management, or supplier negotiation within the cruise or broader travel industry.
- Established relationships with, or demonstrated ability to build relationships with, major cruise-line group and sales desks.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and co-op marketing agreements.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage several concurrent, high-value negotiations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent partner needs credibly in front of senior leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship strategy and day-to-day management for WorldVia's top-tier cruise-line partners.
- Lead contract renewals and amendments with cruise suppliers, including coordinating internal sign-off and legal review.
- Negotiate co-op marketing agreements and funding commitments with cruise-line partners.
- Serve as the single point of contact for each strategic cruise-line account, conducting periodic business and marketing reviews.
- Formulate an annual Marketing and Events plan and ensure execution in collaboration with internal teams.
- Track and resolve all open cruise-line negotiations, disputes, or inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Group Cruise Sales Manager to align group and account-level relationship strategies.
