Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant professional experience with a track record of owning meaningful workstreams or partnerships.
- Legal-industry fluency with an understanding of transactional attorneys, deal structuring, and client advising.
- Strong knowledge of professional services, including law firm business development, marketing, and innovation.
- Proven relationship-building skills with enterprise or top-tier partners and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to demonstrate meaningful business outcomes.
- Builder's mindset with the ability to operate independently and improve processes in a high-growth environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience using AI tools for research, synthesis, or strategic partnership work.
- Curiosity and willingness to quickly develop expertise in clean energy finance and related market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Own and deepen relationships with a portfolio of leading AmLaw and Chambers-ranked law firms as the primary relationship owner.
- Navigate law firm business development, marketing, and innovation organizations to manage client dynamics and professional services partnerships.
- Design and execute joint engagement and co-marketing programs including thought leadership, content, and partner briefings.
- Collaborate with Market Intelligence and Legal teams to deliver differentiated intelligence and resources to partners.
- Support partner engagement with the platform and participate in working groups for standardized transaction documentation.
- Maintain accurate partnership data, relationship health indicators, and program insights.
- Develop and refine partnership playbooks and repeatable programs to scale the partnerships organization.
- Work cross-functionally across commercial, marketing, and operating teams to represent partner needs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, client events, and roadshows with 25% expected travel.
