Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience working with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and enterprise reporting or analytics solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications data models, particularly across Finance, HCM, and SCM modules.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data joins, query development, and query optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and convert them into clear, effective reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to investigate data and reporting issues systematically.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure FDI reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics within Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and other functional teams to translate requirements into practical reporting solutions.
- Build, enhance, and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI subject areas, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) solutions.
- Design ad-hoc and scheduled reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure the accuracy, performance, security, and reliability of reporting and analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, investigate data inconsistencies, and resolve data integrity and performance problems.
- Apply SQL and query optimization techniques to improve reporting efficiency and data retrieval.
