Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards.
- Proven experience in a global or multi-country environment.
- Deep expertise in job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary band construction.
- Demonstrated project management skills leading projects from scoping to delivery.
- Proficiency with compensation systems (e.g., PayScale, Payfactors).
- Proficiency with survey platforms (e.g., Mercer, Radford).
- Solid working knowledge of HRIS and CRM systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Understanding of pay equity principles and global compensation compliance.
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for compensation workflows.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Shape and maintain global compensation strategy, job leveling frameworks, and salary structures.
- Lead market benchmarking activities, including methodology scoping and results validation.
- Turn compensation data into inputs for financial planning, pay equity audits, and forecasting.
- Manage the annual compensation review cycle and end-to-end compensation projects.
- Design and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports while ensuring data integrity.
- Champion process improvement and integrate AI-enabled workflows into compensation tasks.
- Provide expert advice to People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on complex pay decisions.
- Monitor global regulatory requirements, pay equity, and labor laws to ensure compliance.
- Mentor team members on compensation methodology and serve as primary backup for the Senior Manager.
