Requirements
- Demonstrated success managing and developing teams of sales representatives, agents, or producers.
- Accountability for coaching, performance, and results in performance-based environments.
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license (must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already held).
- Access to a reliable automobile.
- Willingness to travel within territory, to corporate headquarters, and to conferences.
- Ability to communicate competitive product advantages effectively.
- Strong focus on achieving results and territory growth.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth within territory efficiently and within budget.
- Meet sales targets for each shelter within the territory for New Business and Wellness Sales.
- Manage around 10-12 Shelter Sales Agents in assigned territory.
- Hire, develop, train, and support Shelter Sales agents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Shelter Leadership and Adoption Teams.
- Manage administrative tasks relative to territory management.
- Proactively assess partner needs through onsite visits and follow-up meetings.
- Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch pet health insurance products.
- Identify opportunities for new business and elevate to management.
- Manage an expense budget and submit monthly reports.
