Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Clinical Operations, Sales, or a similar area.
- Have experience managing remote teams.
- Coach team members and manage accountability and performance.
- Drive productivity and guide team members toward enrollment targets, quality benchmarks, and organizational goals in a virtual environment.
- Find solutions by identifying themes and investigating root causes.
- Work autonomously and prioritize effectively.
- Identify internal and external blockers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enrollment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish enrollment targets aligned with growth projections.
- Monitor enrollment trends using data, identify bottlenecks, and propose adjustments to improve enrollment rates.
- Lead the enrollment process and help the team improve performance.
- Review weekly performance against goals.
- Coordinate with sales and operations to onboard new practices with onboarding tailored to each practice’s goals.
- Hire, train, and onboard new enrollment team members.
- Coach team members through live listening and shadowing.
