Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of dedicated architectural drafting and technical documentation experience.
- Advanced Revit skills with a proven portfolio of end-to-end documentation delivery.
- High proficiency in Lumion for visualization.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Deep understanding of construction detailing and building systems.
- Solid knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational capabilities.
- Australian practice experience is highly preferred.
- Expertise coordinating documentation with structural, civil, and MEP disciplines is preferred.
- Familiarity with Victorian planning requirements and local council approval processes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and documentation packages from concept through construction phases using Revit.
- Prepare comprehensive plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.
- Maintain accurate, coordinated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate documentation with structural, civil, and MEP engineering consultants.
- Perform quality assurance reviews for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Generate 3D models and visualizations using Lumion.
- Assist with planning permit applications and authority submissions.
- Manage workflows across multiple concurrent projects to meet strict deadlines.
