Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR compliance, background screening, or candidate vetting.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to conduct persuasive outreach to international executives and managers.
- Highly analytical mindset with an investigative instinct for cross-referencing data.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume pipelines using project management tools.
- Experience working with AU, NZ, or UK markets and BPO environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with Monday.com and Workable platforms.
- Ability to work during AU and UK support hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end background verifications and reference checks for shortlisted and offer-stage candidates within 24–72 hours.
- Authenticate candidates with international experience by validating references directly from supervisors in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
- Cross-examine CVs and profiles against reference feedback to uncover discrepancies or performance issues.
- Flag and escalate exceptions such as data privacy restrictions or unreachable contacts to management.
- Maintain real-time status updates on the monday.com tracking board.
- Manage follow-ups with recruiters and candidates via WhatsApp and email to resolve bottlenecks.
