Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, or strategy consulting.
- 2+ years directly partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders ($1B+ sales orgs) preferred.
- Experience establishing and managing sales operating rhythms (business reviews, QBRs, forecasting).
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Looker, Gong, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and AI capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Specialist Sales leaders, providing data-driven insights and business strategy.
- Drive business performance through KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Own the GTM operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews.
- Lead annual planning, capacity management, and organizational design.
- Optimize territory, coverage, quota, and segmentation strategies.
- Streamline processes and improve operational rigor through data governance and automation.
- Lead strategic growth initiatives focused on pipeline generation, cross-sell, and expansion.
- Represent leaders in cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
