Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client service or account management role.
- Experience within a digital marketing or advertising agency is highly preferred.
- At least C1-level (advanced) English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, UI/UX, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Ability to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients as their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to onboard new clients and develop data-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Oversee assigned client projects from kickoff to completion to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage and optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, website builds, and content.
- Communicate campaign performance to clients through insightful reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling existing clients and assist in the acquisition of new clients.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend effective client solutions.
