Requirements
- 8+ years of proven work experience in software development, testing, or project management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban process manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- In-depth knowledge of the software development process.
- High-level understanding of software architecture, including backend and frontend layers.
- Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with large-scale, complex software development programs is a plus.
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, people interaction, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, facilitate, and run scrum routines including daily stand-ups, planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate team member tasks, manage interdependencies, and remove impediments.
- Prepare, manage, and track schedules to meet commitments.
- Support the product owner in creating and maintaining the product backlog.
- Escalate issues and raise flags in a timely manner.
- Track and report scrum metrics such as team velocity and backlog status.
- Interface with other project managers and scrum masters to manage dependencies.
- Shield the team from outside distractions for smooth execution.
- Coach the team on agile practices to ensure project success.
