Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, and data execution/delivery.
- Minimum 3 years of practicing agile Scrum Master experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution delivery leadership, including information management, data engineering, and analytics delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale initiatives driving strategic business objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mentoring and developing Scrum team members.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-visibility, complex projects across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage agile solution development and delivery, moving staff toward structured, iterative, and rapid value delivery.
- Foster an agile delivery mindset by training the organization on agile methodologies.
- Guide Scrum teams to follow Agile/Scrum practices, promoting prioritization, team readiness, and commitment.
- Use empirical data to assess Scrum Maturity, optimize velocity, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Address systemic impediments to agility and guide teams on escalation methods to prevent blockers.
- Partner with Product teams to ensure backlog refinement and execute data and information engineering projects.
- Liaise with business and technical teams to identify process improvements and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
