Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Native-level proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience owning a customer portfolio and being accountable for renewals.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to discuss retention, revenue impact, and ROI.
  • Data fluency: ability to analyze spreadsheets or dashboards to build actionable recommendations.
  • Technical curiosity: understanding of web technologies, website integration, and tag management.
  • Proficiency in modern CS platforms (e.g., Vitally, Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce) and support tools (e.g., Intercom).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed time management within a distributed team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ~25–35 hotel accounts, ensuring client success and long-term platform adoption.
  • Act as a strategic partner to help hoteliers improve digital guest experiences, boost direct bookings, and maximize revenue.
  • Own the commercial arc of relationships, including converting trials and leading renewal negotiations.
  • Identify and capture expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Utilize platform data to build actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) to advocate for client needs and represent client feedback.
  • Encourage client advocacy through events, webinars, and community participation.
