Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building maintenance trades.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Specific knowledge of facilities management.
- General knowledge of building maintenance trades.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned geographic area.
- Capability to manage high-priority facilities issues and facilitate client communication.
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships.
- Strong communication skills for presenting data-driven findings.
Responsibilities
- Observe and report on service delivery performance from an on-site user perspective.
- Provide local market insights regarding customer needs and vendor nuances.
- Represent the company in Fire/Life Safety, EHS, and Disaster Recovery matters.
- Provide administrative support for on-site requirements including municipal and code inspections.
- Demonstrate technology platform value to increase adoption among customers and vendors.
- Build and maintain professional relationships to understand and meet client operational needs.
- Proactively manage facility service delivery for sites without permanent employees, such as ATMs.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality assurance visits to ensure high-quality service.
- Coordinate with the Affiliate Relationship Management team to develop vendor relationships and pricing.
- Communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to internal Operations teams.
