Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with IntelliMatch, with experience on version 19 or later.
- Proven experience in system maintenance, application support, and data analysis.
- Strong practical knowledge of IntelliMatch, Oracle EBS, or comparable reconciliation and financial systems.
- Solid SQL skills and the ability to analyze and work with structured financial data.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling financial data, system configurations, and reconciliation rules.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvement.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting project and client expectations.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience creating or working with Excel Macros (desirable).
- Familiarity with financial systems, reconciliation processes, and financial technology environments (advantage).
- Experience working in Agile environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain IntelliMatch solutions according to client requirements and reconciliation needs.
- Configure key system components, including users, accounts, and automated matching rules.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and implement solutions that simplify, streamline, and automate reconciliation processes.
- Provide ongoing application support, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance improvements.
- Deploy and manage static data configurations across development, testing, and production environments.
- Perform data analysis and investigate reconciliation-related issues to identify appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, clarify priorities, and align on technical solutions.
- Create, maintain, and update accurate technical and system documentation.
- Follow Agile methodologies and contribute effectively within an Agile project environment.
