Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping workflow automation with measurable impact.
- Strong product management experience translating operational inputs into actionable requirements.
- Technical fluency to read code and engage directly with Engineering on technical constraints.
- Experience designing safeguards, monitoring, or rollback plans for automated processes.
- Ability to work effectively across teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for high-leverage opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and own ambiguous problems.
- Availability for a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract.
- Experience with AI-enabled operational tools (agent/copilots) is an asset.
- Experience with rule-based or alerting systems in finance or billing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Map existing manual workflows across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate operational knowledge, playbooks, and data into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
- Own the delivery of automation initiatives including invoice validation, bug triage, and campaign management.
- Partner with Engineering to design, build, and test automation solutions with appropriate safeguards.
- Define success metrics and measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact.
- Maintain the automation portfolio, including prioritization and build-versus-buy assessments.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation integration.
- Document workflows and processes to support operational improvements.
