- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
- Willingness to participate in telephone-based direct sales activities.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex instructions, guidelines, and procedures.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and databases.
- Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities
- Process referrals from healthcare providers, ensuring documentation is complete and entered into the customer database.
- Review, validate, and organize medical records, physician orders, signatures, and diagnoses.
- Verify medical insurance benefits for new and existing patients and document findings in customer accounts.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and customers to resolve referral issues.
- Identify missing documentation and coordinate corrections to ensure records are filed within required timelines.
- Research and resolve customer order issues while maintaining records in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently, using Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
- Maintain professional interactions while following all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
