Requirements
- Hands-on experience working directly inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Proven experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or marketing coordination.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
- Experience managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Veed, or Opus Clips.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work during U.S. PST business hours.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining clean CRM and pipeline data.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize CRM automations, nurture sequences, and lead pipelines inside GoHighLevel.
- Execute email campaigns and monitor engagement to ensure consistent lead movement.
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online communities.
- Create and edit short-form videos, graphics, and marketing assets using Canva, Veed, or Opus Clips.
- Maintain task trackers, documentation, and digital program/membership materials.
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and general business operational workflows.
- Research Ideal Client Profiles and support lead generation outreach campaigns.
