Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-touch customer experience, hospitality, or client service.
- Exceptional written English with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly.
- Genuine hospitality mindset and a high standard for client care.
- Composure under pressure when handling difficult client situations.
- Sharp judgment and ability to scope problems and build plans in ambiguous situations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented regarding trip logistics and documentation.
- Reliable, consistent, and supportive of team members.
- Must submit a short Loom video introduction as part of the application.
- Must provide a writing sample demonstrating tone when problem-solving for a traveler.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch clients by learning preferences and building long-term relationships.
- Respond to client messages quickly and thoughtfully, ensuring initial responses within 10 to 20 minutes.
- Research and design travel itineraries using AI tools and editorial judgment while verifying logistics.
- Run shared inbox operations during shifts to ensure timely coverage and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance metrics including response times, message quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as an escalation point for difficult situations such as missed flights or service issues.
- Mentor newer concierges, contribute to playbooks, and model service best practices.
