- 0-3 years of experience in any outbound, research, or client-facing role
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Strong sense of ownership over searches and candidates

- Results-oriented focus on pipeline quality and outcomes
- Collaborative and professional team communication skills
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using outreach tools, social media, X-ray, Boolean search, and creative sourcing strategies
- Build and manage strong outbound talent pipelines for a range of open roles
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualify interest and fit before handing off to recruiters
- Keep candidate records, pipelines, and sourcing notes accurate and up to date
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and communicate clearly on candidate quality and pipeline health
- Meet weekly sourcing activity targets and pipeline goals
- Share ideas, flag issues early, and contribute to team improvements
