Requirements
- Fluent in English (required for daily communication with US professionals)
- Available for team syncs and client calls during US Pacific Time hours, with overlap until at least 3 PM PT
- 0-3 years of experience in any outbound, research, or client-facing role (e.g., sales development, research, recruiting, or sourcing)
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Strong sense of ownership over searches and candidates
- Coachable, curious, and welcomes feedback
- Results-focused with attention to pipeline quality
- Collaborative and able to work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using outreach tools, social media, X-ray, Boolean search, and creative sourcing strategies
- Build and manage strong outbound talent pipelines for a range of open roles
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualify interest and fit before handing off to recruiters
- Keep candidate records, pipelines, and sourcing notes accurate and up to date
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and communicate clearly on candidate quality and pipeline health
- Meet weekly sourcing activity targets and pipeline goals
- Share ideas, flag issues early, and contribute to team improvements
