Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems with proficiency in maintaining employee data.
- Direct experience supporting an hourly, distributed, or field-based workforce.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly, including HRIS, applicant tracking, and workflow tools.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Exposure to employment practices across two or more of the following markets preferred: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, and Singapore.
- Experience with Airtable is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding including document collection, background checks, and system provisioning.
- Process employee changes such as new hires, promotions, and terminations with the payroll team.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HRIS records.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, programs, and benefits.
- Support compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations in operating jurisdictions.
- Compile data and generate reports for workforce analytics and information requests.
- Draft and maintain HR documentation, process guides, and internal employee communications.
- Assist with cyclical programs including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and compliance training.
