Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people operations or HR operations, preferably at a scaling company.
- Expertise in owning and optimizing modern HRIS platforms, with strong preference for Rippling.
- Proven ability to build automation and simplify internal systems.
- Experience with multi-country employment using PEO and EOR models, ideally in the EU, UK, and Canada.
- High agency, bias toward action, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional partnership and clear communication skills.
- Demonstrated fluency in using AI tools for daily tasks and productivity.
- Desire to grow into people partnering and HRBP responsibilities over time.
- Nice-to-have: Direct experience in people partnering or manager coaching.
- Nice-to-have: Exposure to immigration processes including H-1B transfers, PERM, or work permit transfers.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational backbone of onboarding—including offer circulation, background checks, device ordering, provisioning, and pre-start experience.
- Streamline offboarding to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Configure and optimize the Rippling HRIS, including workflows and data integrity.
- Develop AI-native automation and repeatable processes for internal people operations.
- Administer benefits and employment changes across US, Portugal, and Canada.
- Manage policy compliance, immigration, and work authorization across all operating countries.
- Support the design and execution of performance reviews, leveling, and recognition programs.
