- Experience monitoring operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working with healthcare, billing, and reporting systems.
- Ability to identify operational risks and drive practical improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Revenue Cycle Specialists and other assigned team members.
- Oversee daily billing, claims, payment, accounts receivable, and denial management activities.
- Monitor revenue cycle performance and key operational metrics.
- Review aging, denials, payment trends, and outstanding account balances.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reimbursement.
- Establish priorities, workflows, and performance expectations for the Revenue Cycle team.
- Review complex account issues and support escalation and resolution.
- Collaborate with billing, coding, patient financial services, and other operational teams.
- Prepare and communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure team activities follow established procedures, quality standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.
