Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or a related field
- Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows and provider operations
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating cross-functional activities
- Strong project organization and ability to manage multiple implementation tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both clients and internal operational teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve implementation issues
- Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining clear documentation and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment
- HIPAA-compliant private workspace
Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation activities for new provider and hospital clients
- Gather and document client requirements, workflows, systems, and operational processes
- Coordinate the collection and transfer of information needed to establish client operations
- Map existing client workflows and identify requirements for Raventra Health processes
- Work with billing, coding, claims, AR, payment posting, and other operational teams to prepare for go-live
- Track implementation milestones, dependencies, risks, and outstanding action items
- Coordinate system setup, workflow configuration, testing, and issue resolution with relevant teams
- Support user acceptance testing and validate that processes meet documented client requirements
- Prepare implementation documentation, training materials, and operational handoff information
- Communicate implementation progress, risks, and next steps to internal and client stakeholders
