Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects within IT hardware, infrastructure, or system integration.
- Demonstrated success coordinating complex programs involving multiple hardware components (servers, storage, networking).
- Strong understanding of hardware integration processes, validation testing, and release management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Salesforce.
- PMP or Agile certification (preferred).
- Experience in data center, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure deployments (preferred).
- Familiarity with hardware lifecycle management (NPI, configuration control, change management) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware integration projects from concept through deployment.
- Work with systems engineers, solution architects, and field teams on requirements and integration specs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients to manage expectations and project progress.
- Drive coordination among engineering, logistics, procurement, and operations teams.
- Partner with OEMs and suppliers to track deliverables and validate configurations.
- Maintain program documentation, metrics, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Contribute to process enhancements and best practices in program management.
