Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience in an agency or eCommerce environment.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
- Familiarity with eCommerce-specific accounting tools such as Finaloop.
- Demonstrated experience handling full-cycle AR/AP.
- Experience with international payroll processing.
- Solid understanding of multi-entity accounting.
- Knowledge of eCommerce revenue structures such as Amazon and Shopify.
- High operational autonomy and numerical accuracy.
- High integrity and discretion with financial data.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, multi-entity reconciliations, and diverse payment models.
- Streamline client quoting, invoicing, and AR collections to reduce manual oversight.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and perform regular bank, credit card, and inventory reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support decision-making.
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks to support business growth.
- Identify pricing efficiencies and process improvements.
