Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams, projects, or operational functions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise financial systems, ERP platforms, and HR systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and business analytics.
  • Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Strong customer service, stakeholder relationship management, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and solve operational problems.
  • Preferred experience: Elite 3E, Intapp platforms, or UKG systems.
  • Preferred experience: Work in professional services, legal, or financial services environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day support, administration, and operational management of financial and administrative applications.
  • Establish and monitor service levels, operational metrics, and support processes to improve user experience.
  • Provide leadership during application incidents and outages, coordinating resources for effective resolution.
  • Mentor and develop application support and operations team members.
  • Build strong working relationships with Finance, Accounting, HR, and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with application vendors, including roadmap discussions and product upgrades.
  • Lead the delivery of operational reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI and SSRS.
  • Support application lifecycle activities including upgrades, testing, deployment planning, and documentation.
