Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, Anaplan).
  • Experience developing integrations between ERP and EPM platforms to support consolidation, close, and financial planning.
  • Technical proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs, SQL, Python, JSON/XML, and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or Fivetran.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes, including P2P, R2R, O2C, and financial close.
  • Ability to design data models, transformation logic, and reconciliation controls for complex financial applications.
  • Experience with integration frameworks, OAuth 2.0, encryption, and monitoring protocols.
  • Knowledge of governance, security, and internal control requirements in a regulated and publicly traded environment.
  • Experience with automated deployment and CI/CD tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development activities across the financial systems landscape, including solution architecture, technical design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Define the enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms.
  • Architect, build, and deploy scalable integrations that ingest, transform, validate, reconcile, and distribute complex financial and operational data sets.
  • Partner with VPs and Senior Directors to align on priorities and establish a clear roadmap for Financial Systems.
  • Collaborate across the product development lifecycle with Product Management, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure technical sustainability.
  • Own team operations and system availability, ensuring monitoring, triage rotations, and playbooks are in place.
  • Foster a culture of quality by establishing code review and design standards.
  • Develop talent by providing feedback, guidance, and creating growth opportunities.
