Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience administering a financial or ERP system.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration experience required.
- Experience with NetSuite configuration, customization, user roles, and permissions.
- Proficiency with NetSuite core modules: General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, and Accounts.
- Proven ability to design and implement custom records, fields, and SuiteFlow automations.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (month-end close, reconciliation, AP).
- Demonstrated track record of automating manual tasks via scripting, saved searches, or low-code/iPaaS tools.
- Experience with at least one of SuiteScript, SQL, or API-based automation.
- Ability to communicate and translate requirements between finance and engineering teams.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer core financial systems including NetSuite, FloQast, and Ramp.
- Configure system logic and maintain day-to-day system health.
- Identify and automate recurring or error-prone finance operations like month-end close, reconciliations, and procure-to-pay.
- Build cross-system integrations on a central platform in partnership with engineering.
- Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain.
- Translate finance requirements into system capabilities and own vendor configurations.
