Requirements
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, business development, or strategic account management.
- Proven track record in driving profitable growth, market expansion, and new business acquisition.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams, independent representatives, or multi-channel networks.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to develop regional strategies balancing revenue and profitability.
- Proven experience building executive-level customer relationships and negotiating significant opportunities.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business analytics capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM platforms.
- Excellent leadership and people-development skills, including recruitment and performance coaching.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market intelligence and sales metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred; relevant equivalent experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic prospects and high-value revenue opportunities.
- Lead the pursuit, negotiation, and closure of complex regional commercial engagements.
- Identify market opportunities and provide competitive intelligence to support business decisions.
- Build executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead strategic account planning to improve retention, profitability, and performance.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing sales representatives.
- Conduct regular performance, pipeline, territory, and business reviews.
- Promote consistent adoption of CRM tools, forecasting practices, and sales processes.
