Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR, retail operations, or workforce management.
- Demonstrated success as a closer in enterprise-level sales environments.
- Direct experience with hourly, frontline workforce environments at scale.
- Understanding of the compliance landscape regarding labor laws, scheduling regulations, and wage/hour rules.
- Conceptual fluency in third-party integrations such as payroll, POS, and internal operating systems.
- Proven experience delivering product demos and leading consultative client conversations.
- Ability to build a business case or product requirement from operational or HR pain points.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across sales, CS, and product teams.
- Self-starter capability to build go-to-market motions in new verticals.
- Enterprise-level experience serving or operating within large, complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead expert voice in prospect and client conversations to support sales and close deals.
- Lead product demos for enterprise prospects, tailoring pitches to specific HR and operational pain points.
- Help build and execute a go-to-market strategy for specialty retail.
- Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and collateral development.
- Speak knowledgeably about labor laws, scheduling regulations, and wage/hour compliance.
- Bridge technical and business requirements by explaining third-party integrations like payroll, POS, and internal systems.
- Synthesize market feedback to identify unmet needs and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Turn customer signals into concrete opportunity briefs for the product team.
