- Experience in conducting thorough investigations into fraud and misconduct, preferably in educational or assessment settings.
- Skilled in utilizing advanced search techniques, social media platforms, and digital tools for data gathering and analysis.
- Adept critical thinking skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating meetings and presenting to groups.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
- Ability to travel domestically 5-7 times per year and internationally 3-4 times per year.
- Commitment to mission-driven work and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations of testing misconduct across digital-based assessments and provide adjudication recommendations.
- Review hotline tips and internal referrals to identify actionable information.
- Collaborate with Information Security, Data Science, and Psychometrics to address security threats and enhance investigative tools.
- Complete pre-exam data analytics to identify higher-risk test-takers and implement mitigation measures.
- Execute structured communications to provide responsive assistance to customers regarding test security inquiries.
- Travel globally to conduct test day observations and assess security compliance.
- Conduct surveillance on social media to detect and mitigate the unauthorized posting of exam materials.
