Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of management experience, including experience owning a P&L and driving revenue and margin growth.
- Experience in a group purchasing organization (GPO), vendor management or supply chain environment preferred.
- Experience in homebuilding, construction or a related industry.
- Proven track record of negotiating national or strategic vendor agreements.
- Experience scaling membership-based or subscription-style business models.
- Experience building and leading distributed or remote teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and dashboards to drive decisions.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and/or a board.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute CBUSA's long-term strategy in alignment with corporate goals, owning the P&L to ensure sustainable revenue and margin growth.
- Develop annual operating plans, budgets and KPIs, partnering with Finance on forecasting and reporting to track performance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including purchasing programs, vendor partnerships, supply chain optimization and member services.
- Build scalable processes and infrastructure that support member growth and vendor expansion.
- Negotiate strategic vendor agreements that maximize purchasing power and deliver cost savings for members.
- Strengthen relationships with CBUSA member builders and vendor partners to maximize value and retention.
- Expand membership by building compelling value propositions and delivering measurable ROI.
- Establish reporting dashboards and performance metrics that drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead, mentor and develop the CBUSA Operations team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
