Requirements
- 10+ years in healthcare operations, including significant experience leading virtual, telehealth, or multi-site clinical operations at scale.
- Deep expertise in workforce management, capacity planning, supply-demand modeling, forecasting, and scheduling.
- Track record of owning an operational budget, COGS, and headcount planning with fluency in unit economics.
- Experience building and governing practice infrastructure such as scheduling systems and operational dashboards.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to manage operations using performance metrics.
- Proven cross-functional leadership experience across clinical, HR, finance, and product/technology teams.
- Experience scaling operations for growth and launching new clinical programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-layer operational teams.
- Experience in value-based care, chronic/metabolic care, or digital health is preferred.
- Ability to build independently with Claude is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the balance of clinical supply to member demand to maintain utilization within a 90–110% band.
- Forecast enrollment demand and ensure sufficient care-team capacity for onboarding visits, sensor support, and human backup for automated workflows.
- Oversee practice infrastructure including scheduling templates, appointment design, and operational reporting.
- Manage operational finance, including budget planning, cost of goods sold (COGS), and headcount approvals.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state clinical licensure and credentialing requirements.
- Partner with HR to monitor workforce reliability, absenteeism, and coverage to maintain service level agreements.
- Optimize service reliability to hold the daily virtual-visit loss rate under 20%.
